Clinique Turin is involved in the RGPD compliance process. Our teams are aware of your rights and our obligations with regard to the collection of personal data, its purposes and the legal time limits for its retention.
Within this regulatory framework, a Data Protection Officer (often referred to as DPO) plays an important role as an advisor to data processors and subcontractors, to ensure that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the people concerned are respected.
With this in mind, the Clinique Turin has signed the DPO Code of Ethics designed by the AFCDP to promote a culture of ethics among Data Protection Officers appointed to the CNIL under the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
