Four people represent users of the Clinique TURIN:
- Mme Suzanne TIXIER, since 2002, member of the association FRANCE ALZHEIMER
- Mme Marcelle PELLOUX, since 2011, member of the LE LIEN association
- Mme Rose-Marie ESCAMILLA, since 2016, member of the association FRANCE ALZHEIMER
- Mme Danièle ROUSSE-LACORDAIRE, since 2017, member of the LE LIEN association
Why did you choose to take on this role?
- Ms TIXIER: out of curiosity and intellectual interest
- Ms ESCAMILLA and Ms ROUSSE-LACORDAIRE:
- Because we were approached by existing user representatives.
- We wanted to find out how a clinic works
- Out of a desire to help
Have you been approached by users of the clinic?
- Very rarely. We regret that patients don't contact us more often because we are not sufficiently well known. Information messages broadcast on the TV screens in the rooms and on the screens in the waiting rooms would make us better known. We act as an intermediary between users and the healthcare establishment.
What are your means of action?
- Speaking out
- Observation
- Passing on recommendations and advice for improvement
- We are "rapporteurs", not "reporters".
As a User Representative, what do you think of the possibility of posting reviews of the establishment on Google and the resulting rating?
We do not approve of Google reviews of healthcare establishments. On social networks, anyone can write anything!
